The room is private and shared bathrooms and kitchen are located upstairs in a Clean beautiful huge living craftsman-style home in Echo Park. The rental application applies with a $50 non-refundable credit check. Utilities $75/month / prorated when high heat or cold seasons and use of heat and gas exceeds normal use. Need serious applicants who are clean and pay rent on time no acceptions. There is a Laundromat on our corner, it is a 3 min walk, a cheap gas station, a mini-mall, and is close to Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Downtown LA, Hollywood, Echo Park, etc. Room showing by appointment only. We preferably want a female roommate to live with us.
