Rent 2 bedroom house in Irvine

I’ll have an UNFURNISHED en-suite room available for rent starting in February 2025. It’s in a 2-bed, 3-bath townhouse that I live in, and is located in the Portola Springs area of Irvine. I have a small dog (cockapoo), and I primarily work from home. Depending on the time of year, utilities usually run between 80-130 per person (electricity, gas, water, internet, trash collection).I am NOT open to renting to couples, parents with kids living/staying with them either part- or full-time, or anyone with any pets.For anyone interested but needing a place before February: I’m sorry, but the room will NOT be available until the beginning of February.FYI:The photos are of the room when it was furnished/decorated, as my townhouse was a model home. The room will be rented as unfurnished and undecorated. Also, the wallpaper is no longer there - that wall has since been painted a lighter hue of the beige the other walls are painted in.
