I’m looking for a like-minded roommate to share my lovely-artsy home with. I enjoy socializing but also appreciate quiet time and personal space. I’m committed to open communication and resolving any issues amicably. I am organized, clean and green. I have a nice water filter in my home, and into health and wellness. There is space to work out or do yoga in.Your Room is a small ( 10.5’ x 10.5’ ) unfurnished.You have your own bathroom, occasionally/rarely a guest may use it, you’d have to be okay with that. Preferably you are minimal, stuff wise. Not much storage space besides pantry and can discuss storing a few things in the garage. There is parking in the driveway or ample street parking.No pets or service animals allowed, may consider fish.A chill, quiet and safe neighborhood. Nice open backyard with covered porch.What I’m Looking For:• A friendly and respectful roommate who values open communication.• Someone who is tidy and shares responsibilities fairly.• Someone who has healthy habits, into wellness, appreciates art/music and life in general.
