Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Huntington Beach

Hello room I am renting is located in Huntington Beach 2 miles from the beach, I am located on heil and bolsa chica. I am asking for 1100 with a deposit of 550 that will be returned to you at the time you decide to move out as long as everything is left in good condition. Some of the house rules include no smoking, no guests. You can use the kitchen as long as you keep it well maintained after use. It is a shared bathroom. We have a spacious patio outside as well that can be used. Sunday through Thursday we usually go to sleep no later then 10 pm so please be mindful of that. 🙂
