Rent 2 bedroom house in Albuquerque

$600 a month spacious room for rent (utilities included cable and Internet) in a small home in the international district. I have two dogs of my own so no pets preferably, but can be discussed case by case. I have a queen bed in the room if needed for use and a desk. If not needed they can be removed. Washer and dryer available for use in home. I'm open to time frame can be discussed. Must have three references that can be checked. If couple is staying together rent would increase to $600 for additional utilities. Please call me if you are interested.
