Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Irvine

Looking for Roommate! I’m 18 (female) with my partner living with me as well. We are really chill. Looking for someone between 18-26 years old (male or female) that is able to pay $1,200 monthly. Utilities and amenities are included in amount listed per month. Full house will be furnished besides the room listed for rent (12ftx12ft room size). Friends are allowed over as long as i’m aware. Washer and dryer are provided in home. Can decorate room however you want, just no painting walls. Pool is in community, and there is a bowling alley, arcade room, offices and more. Parking can be discussed. Interview would be done in person after basic questions are communicated. First months rent is 2,400 including down deposit for security reasons. Animals can be discussed as well.
