Rent a room in Midtown

This is a two bed two bath apartment in the heart of midtown and market rent for the unit is 2600 a month. Parking here costs 250 and utilities are 125 (before DTE) It’s a mid rise apartment complex (Woodward West) with in unit laundry, private bathroom, walk in closet, and internet. on-site there is also a gym, theater, sauna, lounge, terrace, dog wash, dog run, bike storage, and shared office spaces. All of this and I just want a flat 1000. I currently have a roommate who is planning on leaving end of June and I don’t really want to switch to one bed. If you need furniture I can help furnish your bedroom as I have a bunch of furniture in storage (dressers, nightstands, beds from a hotel, blankets, pillows, chairs). The one catch on this rental is that I need someone I can get along with, I am a young gay man who works a 9-5 and goes out often on the weekends, I want to live with someone who I could get to know and become friends with.
