Shared Bathroom. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need. A large walk in pantry. Pots pans and dishes etc... I am looking for an easy going, quiet roommate with a full time job. There is plenty of street parking available. If you have any other questions just ask. I am a 50 yr old easy going single professional male. I have lived in Orange County for 27 yrs. I am currently employed full time in’s Financial Services. I am an ambivert and can be both outgoing and fun or quiet and reserved. I spend some days out of the house working and in the evenings I like to exercise or take walks around the neighborhood. On the weekends I enjoy spending time at the beach, exercising or watching TV. During football season I enjoy watching the games and rooting for my team. I don't smoke or drink or do any drugs. I like to cook and prepare most of my meals at home and live a pretty simple quiet lifestyle. I am looking for a roommate that has a similar lifestyle and is easy going.
