Hello! I have a room for rent in my 2 story, 1,500 sq foot home in Rancho Cordova near Sunrise and Coloma. It includes a private bath (off the hallway) and full access to all common areas and utilities as well as plenty of garage and closet space for storage. Can be furnished or unfurnished and can include garage parking if desired. New paint, new carpet, ceiling fan. Two pools in HOA. I work from home so I'm home most of the day. I have a 70 pound, 5 year old pup who is very sweet. $1,000-$1,200 depending on length of lease etc. Recently remodeled home with new appliances, too! Household and neighborhood are very quiet and tidy.
