Rent a room in Chula Vista

I live in a two story home with a pool. Three adult kids in their 20s. The community is a quiet, safe and clean neighborhood. The room available is private and located upstairs of the second story home. It is next to a shared bathroom. All utilities are included (electricity, WiFi, water, use of washer & dryer once a week, living room access, backyard, kitchen and refrigerator)The home is close to the 805 freeway. Walking distance to bus stops, grocery stores, and fast food places. Close to Otay Ranch Mall, Sharp hospital, parks, Southwestern College and other schools. I prefer a clean, responsible individual. Must share in cleaning duties in common areas like the bathroom & kitchen after usage and maintain a clean room. Must be pet friendly. No other pets allowed.
