Room for rent in El Cerrito apartment only 10 min walk from El Cerrito Plaza Bart station. Available room is the larger of the two and gets incredible sunlight. Carport out front with two spaces available (I don't have a car anymore so you could use both spots), beautiful patio area with a garden maintained by neighbors, and washer/dryer units attached to the building. Apartment is part of a fourplex, and neighbors are very friendly, as well as the building being in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood with a lovely park less than 1 min walk away. The Bart station is less than 10 min walk from the apt, as well as numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Cat's are O. K., and in fact there is a cat door and a great place for a litter box should you have a furry friend.As for me, my name is Kyle, I'm a Bay Area native in my early 30's with a long history of performance and theatre and currently working as a manager at an AMC. I'm a fairly friendly guy, and having lived all over the Bay I can say that I get along with new roommates pretty well. I try and keep common areas as clean as possible (especially if there is a cat), and I deep clean the kitchen/bathroom every 1-2 months. When I'm not working I'm either playing games with friends online, going out for a run, and prepping for Dungeon and Dragons.
