Less than 10 minutes away from the beach. 2-car garage with a lot of storage space, washer and dryer, and a great gym set up that you would be welcome to use! The townhouse was recently renovated and is furnished (second bedroom is not furnished). Cats and dogs are welcome! There is a small balcony on each level of the townhouse, with access from the second bedroom. Non-smoking complex.The bedroom available has a standard closet, and you would have a linen closet to yourself, as well as shared storage space in the hall closet and garage.
