Rent a room in Tustin

I have a home here in Tustin which I live in by myself. I live in a nice neighborhood that is been very safe. I prefer someone that is very tidy and clean. I am a musician myself so I appreciate nice music. I do watch some sports. I use the microwave primarily for my meals and would like a roommate who does the same I have a very bad experience with someone who cooks. I would prefer a roommate that is working and has a study job.
