Gay couple looking to share a spacious condo off the Sunset Strip.Our roommate is relocating and now looking for a match. We’ve had cool roommates who are business, students, and serious people that dedicate their time to their job and or mission in this creative city.We are very respectful and conscious of your routine(s). Some people are reluctant to trust living with a couple at first, but eventually they realize that, like most city people, we have habitual routines, and other life demands, that match once we/you get to know them. We’d had roommates who lived with us for many years. We’re quiet (but not overly oblique about it), respectful, and clean (not too obsessed, of course). Room for rent is not intended to be used as a business space.Private bathroom, closet space, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit as well as in the garage. Central a/c and heat. Galley style kitchen. Bedroom and private bath adjacent to bedroom. The rental comes with its parking space (not tandem or street parking). Located close to grocery stores, bars, gyms, and areas that delve in creative outlets. (SpareRoom has two options to select the room size -small or large- but we think is about midsize.) Condo is furnished, but the bedroom for rent is not. If you’re a student, and/or someone that needs a temporary place, (for a year, at least), feel free to reach out. We understand it’s not easy to find a place without knowing the details, circumstances, or your level of comfort living with some dudes, but we assure you, we are just like any other place in LA.
