The kitchen is on the first floor and there will be some space for the renter to store their food and kitchen utensils. They also share the laundry room which has a washer and dryer. The renter is expected to have their own cleaning supplies. The neighborhood is clean and safe. The house is located 12 min from the Cleveland Clinic, 15 min from Broward College, 13 min from Sawgrass Mall, and it is central to other locations.
