The home is a single story with a yard (not fenced) and patio. The room for rent is private with a semi-private bathroom (used by an occasional guest}. The bedroom is currently furnished but can be available unfurnished. Parking is available in the driveway. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. The garage also has available storage.Lake San Marcos amenities are available. There 2 golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools and the lake.
