Rent a room in Durham

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom townhome apartment. Pet friendly, i have two cats. washer and dryer in unit. Back door leads to back parking lot which is free and you can also park on street out front! Cute trail right next door. I have furniture in living room and dining but super open to getting rid of or moving it around as it is all my starter furniture i’m not attached to most of it! couple minute drive from downtown durham. About me: I am a 23 year old bartender so i only work a few days a week but i mostly keep to myself. i am clean and quiet! i do play online games so thats the most noise you would hear from me. I don’t care if you have pets or have friends or significant others over as long as my things are respected!
