Hello,I'm a current Sac State Student working on my Master's Degree, looking for a quiet, clean, respectful student or working professional as a roommate.I have one bedroom available in a two and 1 apartment starting 6/1/24. Utilities are SMUD (electric), which averages $60/month, which we would split. Trash disposal is $75/month, which we would split as well.The apartment complex is enclosed, meaning no apartment door faces the street or parking lots. The space is very well maintained both in the entrances and the outside grounds. We have a pool, office club, gated parking, game area, BBQ and lounge area, warm nightly fire pit, and basketball court.
