Downstairs private bedroom (approx 10ft x 10ft) and private bathroom in a large duplex on the Bronze Coast, Alameda (near Washington Square Park). Nice backyard space. FYI, there are 2 cats and 1 dog in the space. I can’t take in any more pets. The 20 AC Transit line is 1 1/2 blocks away. 1 upstairs roommate. Single gay male early fifties. Landlord is single gay male mid fifties. We’re both quiet and respectful. I expect the same from any prospective tenant.
