Rent a room in Upper Providence Township

I currently rent a home in Upper Providence, Media, PA. My lease will end on 12/31/24 and I am looking for two roommates to renew with me. Lease length can be negotiated. It's a spacious home, just a couple minutes to downtown Media. Close to I95 and 476 . Private driveway and ample street parking (it's a cul-de-sac). I do have a dog- a senior pittie named Pippa. If you want the benefits of having a dog without actually owning it, this is the place! There are 4 bedrooms upstairs on the 2nd floor, along with a full bath. First floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room (washer and dryer included). The laundry room also has a toilet (weird but honestly totally convenient). There is a finished basement with a separate room attached as well as an additional bathroom with a toilet, sink and stand up shower. I'd like for it to be a second living room/lounge as well as a workout space. The best parts: There is a deck that overlooks the backyard AND there is a private pool with an outdoor bar. All together, there is the front yard, back yard with the deck that overlooks it, and a completely separate pool area. The pool is 8.5 ft deep with a diving board. The pool area also has an outdoor bar, pergola and ample chill space. I currently have an outdoor couch, additional seating, a fire table (propane), and a wood burning fire pit. And yes, this area is private use for tenants only (not a community pool). My favorite time to use the pool is for late night swims after a long day (pool lights up at night).
