The shopping centers are a five minute drive from the house and include a Walmart, Home Depot, harbor freight, multiple grocery stores, etc. The house is a 29 minute drive from Mojave, and 20 minutes from the gates of Edwards AFB. The bathroom for this room is shared. The house is fully furnished and includes a pool, hot tub, back patio and enclosed backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots and pans.
