Rent a room in Ladera Ranch

Hello! I’m looking for a new roommate to rent out the additional bedroom with a private bath in my two-story townhouse. Rent will come with access to all the common areas as well as one garage space parking! I’m a working professional that leads a quiet and healthy life. Would prefer someone with the same lifestyle if possible. I do have a two year-old full-size goldendoodle who is fully trained, but would require someone that is clean and dog friendly. Rent includes all utilities, except electric, which will be split halfway. Rent does include housekeeping that comes every two weeks. Room does come furnished with a queen bed, mattress, and tv wall mount.
