One unfurnished room available in a 750 square foot, second floor, 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Rooms are equal size with large closets. Kitchen is a good size with dishwasher. There is a partial ocean view from the living room. Pictures are of current resident. I will be moving in on May 2nd. The room will come unfurnished.The building has three units. There is a shared garage with dedicated storage area for the unit. One parking space in garage and one in the drive way. Shared Laundry is also in the garage.Location:The unit is in sharpe park Pacifica steps away from the pier. It is close to restaurants, the beach, hiking trails, and other activities.About Me:I am a 25 year old female looking for someone to take the other bedroom. My job has me traveling a lot so I am frequently out of the apartment. I occasionally will watch my friend’s dog so should be ok with them. I am quiet, clean, and have never missed a rent payment.
