Rent 4 bedroom house in San Jose

This is a drink/drug free, two story home with rooms upstairs, living area down stairs, This room has a captains bed with drawer undreneath, a dresser, nightstand, and nice size closet. Desk and chair if needed. The house has washer/dryer, Central AC/Heat, high speed wi-fi, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could want to use, water softener, one and one half baths shared between three, and two refridgerators shared with two others. There is font proch and back yard sitting with outdoor heaters. Ample street parking. You have full houe privilages. I have two dogs and two cats and occassional over night dog boarders, so you must be GREAT with animals. They are all sweet and safe and love to share love with anyone!I am a teacher and dog care provider/walker, Francis works in Tech. We host house concerts three times a year with local singer song writers, which are fun unique and you are always welcome to join in. We split the utilities which include the costs of bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, salt for water softener, house keeper, pest control, PGE, water, trash.House keeper comes twice a month, once upstairs unternating then the next visit downstairs. So you are responsible for cleaning your bathroom once a month and other two roommates share the duties.Rent is due on the 28th of the month, and utilites are due on the 15th of each month.Costs: Rent is eleven fifty with equal deposit Utilities are three sixty five per person, calculated by adding up and devided over a 12 month useage average.
