Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Costa Mesa

**Please check the photos/video & read the description for details** My roommate Jose and I have an open room for rent available right now in our 3br apartment. It is a month-to-month lease contract— Rent is $899/mo. w/1-2 month split deposit due at signing (pending credit+rent history). Keep in mind the room we’re offering is ~$200-$300 below market.The room is 12’ x 12’. Unfurnished but with a full size closet, and it shares one of the bathrooms. Though not included in rent, the Power/Gas/internet monthly utilities split is usually $50-60 per month/person **Update: the complex has now replaced all the old glass with double-paned windows**Located in Harbor Village Apartments just off Harbor Blvd, between Adams and Fair Dr. 5 mins from fwys. We have access to Laundry/pool/jacuzzi. Assigned and guest parking are included. Pets are welcome (pending approval from the management/leasing office + $500 deposit). Unfortunately, there is a “1-dog-per-unit” rule, and since we already have a dog, we are only able to consider one other cat or other small pets.We are two professionals in our 30s. We love to cook at home. We are clean, structured, we love to go on trips, and spend time outdoors. We don’t drink much or party, especially at home. Though full disclosure we are four-twenty friendly & welcoming home. I have a small older dog and Jose has a young cat.
