Rent a room in Happy Valley

Are you a clean, organized, respectful person or couple looking to live in a beautiful home? I am a single mom of 2 boys with one xlarge dog who is mostly outdoors, and 2 kitties. I am clean, respectful, and work full-time. My kids are 15 and 3 and I try to keep the chaos and mess to a minimum. I like to read, work in the yard, and watch movies. I have an outdoor movie screen and projector for outdoor movie nights and want a roommate that likes to do those types of things. No smoking or drinking is allowed. The room is 120 ish square feet with two large closets, the kitchen has 2 ovens, one large cast iron stove, and plenty of cupboard space. The livingroom has a fireplace and 2 built in bookshelves, the dining room has a table another fireplace more bookshleves and a seating area. The backyard is huge, we have a trampoline, and the laundry area has a sink and lots of storage space. I deep clean once a week and am hoping to find a roommate that will help with chores and want to keep the home clean and tidy. Obviously I clean up after my own children and animals.
