I have a great relationship with my landlords (who live below me) and would like to ensure it remains that way. I’d love to be able to become friends and share my space with someone kind and outgoing! This is a great spot on the cusp of Hermosa and Manhattan, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. There is only 1 bathroom and a small kitchen, so I ask that you are responsible and help clean the shared space :)
