We are both young professionals and college student looking for similar roomies . Our house is equipped with High speed internet , ADT security ,laundry room ,spacious modern kitchen. Quickly accessible to 10 and 60 freeways. House built in 2023 so everything is new . House is in a gated community with walking trails and pools . We are just quiet , working people. Most of the time when home just resting from Work , school , gym. So loud noise or not being considerate of others sleep schedule for noise level is the big red flag for us. We are tidy and respectful and looking for the same. We have a Corgi puppy who is quiet as well besides the sound of her paws. She is kept in the main bedroom all times besides when we are letting her into the rest of the house but she will never be left unsupervised in the house .So what does living here get you ?? *Large room *Private bathroom in hallway (only for you) *Street parking ( street has plenty space ) *High speed internet and Utilizes included into the rent price *Fridge / freezer space * Pantry and cabinet space in kitchen * Kitchen and laundry use ( laundry 3:33- 9pm )Feel free to leave me a message or text , Phones calls are filtered out since im usually at work or phone on "dont disturb"
