Rent a room in Los Angeles

Currently seeking a roommate to share my 2 BR/1 BA apartment in a quiet area of Hollywood. Apartment is fully furnished, but willing to rearrange things if you would prefer to furnish the second bedroom.Apartment is roughly 2500 sq ft. and features a living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a back bonus room that I use as a workout area and extra living area. The apartment also has a large balcony in the back. Street parking is usually never an issue due to this being one of only 3 apartments on the block.I'm a PR professional who works from home so I'm typically here during the day, but have a pretty business tennis schedule after work so I'm not home most evenings.You must love dogs as I have two dogs.Ideal roommate would be a chill person who is social and comfortable with my two dogs.
