Rent 3 bedroom house in Pumpkin

Hi, we tend to keep to ourselves and own a cat. Because of this, we prefer no other animals be at the home. We are looking for someone who is generally clean and not too loud. Smoking is okay only when outside. We have two rooms open to rent that will share the main bathroom. The bedroom is newly repainted and the carpet was professionally cleaned.
