This is a one bedroom spot on the first floor with a private balcony included. The balcony overlooks a beautiful view of the mountains. Feel free to put some furniture there and enjoy your space. The bedroom has one wall replaced with a divider curtain to provide privacy. The room is pretty big and has lots of natural light.There is a living area and downstairs bathroom we can all use. There is also another bathroom on the second floor that we can all use. We take turns cleaning both bathrooms each week.The apartment is right next to Convoy street, a popular area with many restaurants to check out. Mesa College is also within walking distance of the apartment. USD is about a 10 minute drive. Since the apartment is located between two freeway entrances, it is very easy to get to most places in SD.There is street parking and there is a tandem parking spot that can be shared. There is a large storage space above the tandem spot that you may use. The apartment also has a washer/dryer unit and an AC/heating unit. The kitchen has a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances.The apartment complex includes multiple pools and a newly-renovated gym. It's nice to walk around with the assorted greenery planted around the complex. It's a safe and comfortable neighborhood. The apartment complex has established quiet hours of 10pm-8am.My other roommate and I are pretty quiet and we keep to ourselves mostly. We're both friendly dorks. I recently went back to school and he recently graduated from USD. It's a chill household. We look forward to meeting you!
