Hello! I live in a large single family home just outside of the route 7 corridor in Tysons Corner. Hoping to find a new roommate to rent out one of the bedrooms. Included with rent comes:- Full use of kitchen and laundry room- Full use of large outdoor deckpond with waterfalls in backyard- Bathrooms to be shared, a full bath and half bath- House is walking distance to route 7 corridor in Tysons and Spring Hill Metro- Elfa closet to replace the need for a dresser-Utilities are $100/monthCurrently in the house are all working professionals.
