Rent a room in Concord

Me and my partner are trying to rent out our spare room in the Concord area. We are close to the Mills, Walmart, and a couple of the Cabarrus County red route bus stops. We have cats in the apartment as well as have some items available to whoever takes it. In the room there's a TV, bed, and a futon all of which can either be removed or kept. The room has an attached bathroom, walk-in closet and a small linen closet in the bathroom (the bathroom only has a shower and not a tub). I am willing to answer any other questions!
