Room+Restroom for rent

Looking for a roommate (female preferred) for spare room/restroom. The bedroom fits up to a queen size bed with room to spare. There are two restrooms in the premise, the restroom being rented with room is not attached to the bedroom, but restroom will be for your personal use/storage. Respectful, calm and quiet environment expected during early mornings and nights. NO overnight guests allowed. Kitchen use is okay (stove and microwave) only. Mini fridge in bedroom okay.
