Nice area (please see photos, photos are from Zillow) it's an apartment with 2 bedrooms 1 bath, does not have laundry on site there is a laundromat 5 mins away. There are a few flights of stairs going up to the apartment. There are many convenient stores, restaurants, gas stations, oil changer, mechanic shops, tire shops, bus stops and high way (580) close by. 2 Parking spaces designated to us (garage and driveway in front of each other) busy street but not too bad. Guests are welcome, I don't have parties just small get togethers with family and friends, I stay to myself most of the time as I am currently in school (online) and work from home. I have no pets and am very easy going, clean and quiet. Please let me know if you have any questions! I would love to answer and hoping to have someone move in by September 1st 2024, deposit would be $1300. Flexible on duration of your stay, 6 months to a year or two years max (we can negotiate)
