Bus stops for the 69 and 101 provide easy access to Malden, and Somerville. A mile from Davis Square. About the house: First floor of a lovely house with a large backyard. One room for rent in a two bedroom apartment. The room has new hardwood floors, front-facing windows, and space for all the usual bedroom furniture. Tons of natural light all through the house. Living room. The kitchen has a disposal, dishwasher, and almost new gas range that includes a griddle (fresh pancakes!). The bathroom is also recent refurbished– tub and shower, band new toilet, sink, and cabinets. Basement with room for storage and coin-op washer and dryer. Street parking available with Medford permit.About me:A female professional – I don’t have a strict chore schedule but I do appreciate each other’s strengths, balance one another out, and make sure things are well maintained and clean. If something needs to change, we can respectfully tell one another.
