Rent a room in Vancouver

Looking for a single occupant, female preferably, to rent the guest room in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. That hall bathroom would primarily be yours unless guests are over, in unit laundry and A/C unit. About the apartment: Located near I-5 and 205, near Costco and other grocery stores and coffee shops. The apartment is quiet and has quiet hours between 10pm to 6 am, it is in a gated community with a pool, gym, secured package pickup, assigned parking, vallet trash pickup and on site maintenance. About me: I’m in my 20s, work full time during the week in healthcare. I enjoy going out for dinks, concerts and Saturday markets. I’m also a home body reading or watching Tv. I like to keep the common spaces clean and organized since it is a shared space. The rent would be $875 a month, utilities not included. Utilities range between $50-$75 person.
