All our rooms meet the Council's size standards. Utility Bills: Bills aren't included unless specified. HMO Licensing: Our homes with three or more tenants are Council-approved. Be quick, it's on a first-come-first-serve basis and we ask for one week's rent to hold the property for you. If you decide to go for it, that fee goes toward your first month's rent.
