Ideal for working away professional who needs a guaranteed living, also ideal for an apprentice. Available to move in from mid Feb 2025. The existing lodger has been with us for almost two years and has managed to get onto the property ladder. He's enjoyed staying here and will gladly speak to any potential lodger if the would like to. The Property is furnished with a large garment rail in the room and a large sideboard unit with 2 cupboards and 2 sets of drawers and, a further garment rail in the corner.
