Room 1 has been recently refurbished to a high standard with minimalist decoration; and comes fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, built in wardrobe, cupboards, sink and your own fridge. There are shared kitchen & laundry facilities as well as 2 shared bathrooms with showers. There is a cleaner that attends fortnightly to the communal areas. Outside is a large enclosed backyard with washing line & seating areas. Parking is via permit parking arranged privately by yourself. Not suitable for couples, children or pets.
