This spacious property consists of 11 en-suite bedrooms which are all fully furnished with a luxury bed, built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, smart tv and own private kitchenette. As well as having your own self-contained space the property offers a communal living room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, utility room with use of washing machine, tumble dryer as well as a large, well-kept garden and bike shed. These rooms are inclusive of all rates including Council tax, gas, electric, water and wi-fi. A complementary cleaning service is provided weekly where your room will be cleaned, bed linen and towels changed in addition to cleaning the communal spaces. The property does have space for 3-4 cars. This is available on a first come first served basis. There is ample car parking available on nearby roads. The rooms are available to single occupants only. We are unable to accept Housing Benefit tenants and pets. To secure a room we ask for 5 weeks rent as a deposit plus one month's rent in advance.
