The vacant room is located upstairs a two bedroom townhouse. It is carpeted and contains a queen sized sofa bed and a built in closet with floor to ceiling mirrors. The room also comes with its own private bathroom. The kitchen and living room will be shared with only one other person. The complex in which the home is located contains two pools, a gym & a tennis ball court. Preference will be given to quiet and clean individuals, single occupants (no couples) and individuals with no animals. Individuals will be asked to provide 2 referrals; 1 personal & 1 professional, employment confirmation and submit to a background check.
