Rent 2 bedroom apartment in South Torrance

Hello,Best friend moving in with his girl... given I own all the furniture and love the setup/location, I'd rather find someone to take his place than restart solo.Apartment is on the 2nd floor, 2br/2ba, with a balcony, & underground garage parking. Living/kitchen area completely kitted out (couch,, tv, fridge, glassware, dishes, silverware, etc) + room for more if you want to add anything or partition space specifically for yourself...Rent is $1385 with and generally another ~150 for utilities (electric, internet, water delivery). Roughly $1500 said and done.About me: from San Francisco, work in IT... don't have friends over constantly but occasionally to watch games/fights/whatnot. If you're into cars & computers basically guaranteed we'll get along.
