Rent a room in Riverview

This is a good size room fully furnished with closet and shared bathroom. This is my home with my family we have a spare room and I would like to rent it to a woman since there is mostly women here we also have 3 dogs two small one large puppy so must be puppy friendly 🙂 this lovely home comes with a pool and a beautiful view this is a nice neighborhood so I wouldn’t want to rent it to anyone that constantly has friends over or load music playing or use of drugs. There are kids here. Must have full time job and make twice the rent, must be a clean responsible independent woman. Spanish or English is ok
