Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Spring Valley

Looking for a respectable person to rent out an extra room in my apartment. This is a quiet, working, responsible casa and need the same. No drugs, no heavy alcohol, no pets, no overnight guest. Must have full time stable job outside of household ( will be verified). and must pass a background check.( All to be verified) Smoking is ok on patio. ( i smoke but on patio only) This is mainly a quiet place where there are no parties. Im not a stick in the mud up person just believe in a household that is over party time, likes to relax when come home from work and enjoy kicking back. Sleep during nighttime hours, up in morning type household. Looking for someone who wants to split the rent and save up some money. Rent is 700 plus half utilities (gas, electric, cable/internet-about ) Own bath access from bedroom.
