Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Long Beach

This room for rent is in my 2bed/2bath condo, in which I live in already. It is unfurnished but generally a way bigger size room than most. The place doesn't have parking so it has to be on the street.Myself as a roommate I'm very chill and keep to myself alot. I am a work from home professional, who doesn't cook much but there's a spacious kitchen if you like cooking. I'm definately not looking for someone who parties hard and all the time, if anything quite the opposite. Also would prefer someone single and or not having guests over all the time. I barely have guests over myself. To know anything else pls feel free to ask.
