Rent a room in Santa Rosa

Hello and thank you for looking at my room. Available now. This room comes with its own private bathroom that no one else will be using.There is a main common area downstairs, with all the bedrooms upstairs. There is washer and dryer on site. Internet and utilities are included in the rent price unless it’s over $300, at which point I would ask for $50. I work in the medical field during the day and I would like to find someone who keeps similar hours so that we are not making noise while the other is trying to sleep. Other than that, I consider myself friendly and approachable and willing to discuss how I can make this a positive experience for you.
