The room is medium in size and has a full size bed, shelving, desk/chair and the closet has built-in shelving and drawers. Amenities include internet, garbage and I clean the common areas with the exception you need to clean up after yourself in the kitchen. Tenant is responsible for 1/2 PG&E and water.
