Rent a room in Long Beach

It is a 2 story and 2 room condominium. Only one of the rooms is vacant. The room is upstairs and has a closet, private bathroom with tub, and personal balcony. Downstairs, it has a kitchen, dinning room, living room, washer and dryer, and 1/2 bathroom. It is in a gated condominium community. Lots of public parking outside.There is no dishwasher or central heater. There is central A/C.I am the owner of the condominium and the only other person living there. I am looking for a roommate.
