Home has a whole house fan and Pool/ patio. We currently have Respectful, Clean, Long-term Mature Male Roommates. Easy going here, Be Respectful, Clean up after self, and pay rent on time. Looking for employed with Clean background and at least somewhat Good Credit. Please No Drug use or Smoking (of Any kind), no excessive alcohol tolerated. Sorry but no pets of any kind of allowed, already have 4 small well behaved dogs here.
